We've simplified window sealant application by creating a single product for small joint and backing seals. Paired with One Clean for surface prep, One Seal does the job that used to require two products. As a system improvement, it means simpler ordering, simpler stock management and faster application, as you have only one sealant to use.

One Clean & One Seal have low VOCs and low odour compared with traditional systems. They are more user friendly, requiring less equipment, so applicators will find they can work faster and more efficiently.

Free of harmful solvents, this system is not in the dangerous goods category, and therefore does not require chemical freight transportation. One Clean comes in recyclable packaging and One Seal comes in a sausage (not a plastic cartridge), to reduce waste.

There is a perception that green products might not perform as well as traditional, solvent-based products. This is not the case with One Seal. Advanced sealant technology provides longevity and durability similar to a traditional solvent-based system.

Notes

One Seal is to be used with One Clean as part of a complete Small Joint and Backing Sealant system
One Seal is NOT suitable for the following applications: Totally confined spaces where there is no atmospheric humidity as this is needed for curing, glazing applications, under water applications and below-grade applications
Testing of new substrates is recommended
Do not mix any of the colours
It is not recommended to mix and match small joint and backing sealant colours due to the possibility of pigment transfer to the visible finish
