Covid-19, Click & Collect, and Delivery updates

Our top priority continues to be the health, safety, and wellbeing of our people, customers, suppliers, and the wider New Zealand community.

In the Covid-19 Protection Framework (Traffic Light System) we are open and following strict protocols to ensure we reduce contact and risk of Covid-19 transmission.

If you are visiting us on site we require:

  •     You to scan using the Covid Tracer app or sign in manually
  •     Compulsory face coverings unless a valid exemption is shown
  •     Physical distancing of 1 metre from others


Click & Collect

  • Your parcel will be ready 1 hour from your order
  • Collect in the designated collection area, check the cage shelves or ask customer services
  • Remember to scan the QR code
  • Masks must be worn
  • Please maintain social distancing in the collection area


Delivery Update

As you already know courier and delivery services are under immense strain due to Covid-19 and the recent upsurge in Omicron cases, resulting in delivery delays.

We are doing everything we can to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

All orders placed before 12 noon should be picked up the same day.
