ACESOLVE SI is a special solvent for the removal of sealants based on silicone from surfaces, conveyors, turntables and sealing systems. ACESOLVE SI is a slowly evaporating solvent. Since the product is a strong solvent, the effect on plastics, paints and seals should be checked whether the surfaces to be cleaned and components are stable. Resistant sealing materials are polyethylene, polypropylene and Teflon materials (eg Kalrez and Zalak ). Seals based on rubber, PVC, polyurethane and Viton may be attacked.
